Conditions to make your order qualified include, but not limited to:

• Payment can be verified without any controversial information. For credit card payments, it requires the same billing address and shipping address.

• Valid telephone number for the card holder, listed in a official White Pages.
  
• NOT use free email account such as yahoo.com, gmail.com, hotmail.com or any other open email services.
  
• Order must be placed from the same area where the card issued.
